Remaining 4 lives and game saying there is no one left

Last time i died and there was 4 lives remaining but the game says " there is no live left", but still have the choice to click "revive" , wth is this ?

Which version are you playing? If it's 1.22, it could very well be a bug, since that version is still unstable.
