That being said, how fast a ticket is resolved depends on what the problem is, how many tickets the team has to handle, and whether there's anything going on that could affect the workload(like a holiday or weekend). Issues like you've listed though, I think, are generally resolved rather quickly, so you should have an answer within the next couple of days.
