Over time, the group grew and developed a distinct Nordic-inspired identity, blending medieval and Scandinavian themes with subtle fantasy elements. As the community expanded, the founders chose to create their own server, thus, marking the birth of Fjorhaven Fjorhaven is built on a foundation of love, support, and a strong commitment to communication and transparency between the founders, staff, and the community. With this vision in mind, the founders and staff came together with the goal of sharing their server with the public, hoping to grow their welcoming, kind, and ever-supportive community Other important details can also be found below: 1) This is a MODDED server - our three major mods include: Primitive Survival, Fantasy Creatures Reborn, and lastly, the GloomeClass Mod (All Classes) 2) World generation mods include: Continents mod Rivers Better Traders Better Ruins Th3Dungeons 3) Some details of world gen (not all): - Days per month = 30 days (1 ingame day = 24 hours IRL); our server is filled with people who have jobs, thus slower months allow our members to have more time to prepare for winter, play the game without missing too much, etc - Food perish speed = 0.8x - to combat the longer days, enabling players to have a better playing experience - Dropped Items timer = 1800 (~30 mins IRL) - our server is NOT classified as a hardcore gaming experience; we are more laidback, and not solely focused on survival/struggle - Player Hunger Speed = 0.8 (reduced from 1) 4) QOL Mods that we also have include: Eternal Seraphims (more storage slots, aka better backpacks) Carry On Stone Quarry and many more!
