Failed Login and Inability to reset password or Contact Devs.

I tried to play this morning, but was directed to a page requesting that I log in. This would have been fine, provided that my password worked. It did not, and so I went to reset my password. However, when I did so the reset failed. As such I tried to contact the devs, but that failed too. Something like this has happened before, but not the being unable to contact the devs.

I would double-check your information to make sure that you're using the right credentials, since forum and game accounts are different, as well as make sure that you're typing the information correctly. If you've been through the standard troubleshooting steps and had no luck, then it's time for a support ticket. Support can usually fix the ticket within a day or two, in my experience, though it may take a little longer on weekends and depends on the ticket issue and their workload.

I know that already. The support ticket did not work, I could not get one. That's why this discusion exists.

Try that link maybe? I could access support just fine from the Client Area, but the Need Help? tab can also take you to support. You could also try DMing one of the moderators or reaching out on the Discord. Could also try a different browser. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Honestly, all of those are good solutions that I did not know might work.

Dam, somehow when you forget your password it does not let you even make two attempts with different passwords.
