Scudgug Posted June 26 Report Posted June 26 I recently logged back into my account on my new pc and wanted to reinstall Vintage Story. For some reason when i click the download link on the client area nothing happens for a few clicks until my screen turns blue with the message "428 Precondition Required" in the center. I just wanna download the game but this is really annoying. Anyone got a fix or at least an explanation for why this keeps happening?

As best I can figure, it's some sort of server error. You might just give it some time and try again later, but if that doesn't work I'd recommend submitting a support ticket or poking one of the moderators via Discord/forum DM about the problem. I don't think there's anything you can do to fix it on your end of things.
Scudgug Posted June 29 Author Report Posted June 29 Thanks for the reply. I just tied the next day and it seemed to resolve itself and the download worked. been playing with my friend since and having a blast!
