Photo caught moments after disaster

was just chillin with friends when an assassin struck.

I has a confusion.  Which is the assassin?  The dude in the foreground or the critter in the background?   Coz it really seems that the dude in the foreground is the hired gun here.

well he has a bowtorn arrow sticking of the side of his head sooooo....

The death seems to be the one who is taking the photo.  But I can also see that person in the foreground being the victim.  Still wondering if the bowtorn is paying off the hired gun.
