Like will disappear if ignite from a spark? If so, I know what happened... (Be wary of keeping your pit kilns close to your forge, kids. ) If not, I've got a bug I need to report.

That being said, crude bellows will eventually break after enough use, though you would notice quite easily if this were the case.
