But I do custom work, so if someone wants to order furniture, I can make it for them.

The download tag means the build has a downloadable file, not that it is free. In the video, it clearly shows that the build is available through Patreon, and the link also goes to Patreon, so nothing is hidden. I use the tag so people know this is an actual build file, not just screenshots or a showcase. My work is available for a small amount of support, which helps me keep creating new projects. If someone wants to support the creator and download it, they can. If not, nobody is forced to buy anything.
