Furtbug Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 I was out hunting and noticed when I try to take the meat off the animal it wont let me, I cant even interact with the inventory slots on the animal in any way and when my cursor goes near the slots it lags a ton. I tried cooking and had the same issue with putting ingredients into the pot, is anyone else having this problem? Is this a known bug with the game?
Dilan Rona Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 What version of the game are you using? What mods do you have installed? Is this on a local map, or on a server? Did you do an upgrade on the game (version 1.22.3 to 1.22.5 for example)? If yes on the last question, was the inven working properly before the upgrade? That should cover most of the troubleshooting steps, @Furtbug.
Furtbug Posted July 26 Author Report Posted July 26 I am using the latest version, and I am playing on a singleplayer world with no mods. I believe I upgraded the game from 1.22.5 to 1.22.6 and then to 1.22.7 but that was days ago and the issue only just started, and also yes, the inventories were functioning before I updated the world.
Solution Furtbug Posted July 29 Author Solution Report Posted July 29 I got it solved!! you were right it was because I updated the world, I just needed to get a backup save file of my world and reinstall the game at the version my world was created
