Server Application ignoring some Worlgen mods

Hi everyone, I have been stumped on this all day - I downloaded the Vintage Story server application and configured a data path, added all my mods and configs on it and when I start it (and it goes through the initial worldgen stage) it ignores some mods but not others.

For example VS Villages, Terra Prety and Watersheds are ignored, but Rivers and some others are not ignored. The mod setup is exactly the same in the client vs server, but the server application is just not using specific mods while in the game client works just fine. Anyone know what the error could be?

Setting datapath:

F:\Users\(user)\Desktop\VS-SERVER\VintagestoryServer.exe --dataPath="F:\Users\(user)\Desktop\VS-SERVER\ServerData"

My mods and configs are all there in the following right folders too.

You may wish to try adding the "mod path" also.

Quoting Streewind:
"Some people have reported issues with loading mods from this custom data folder, while for others (like me) it is working without problems. I have no real explanation for why this happens. But in case you suffer from this, or you just want to preempt the possibility of it happening, you can append an additional switch: --addModPath your:\path\here\mods. Again, if that path contains spaces, the path (but not the argument switch) needs to be enclosed in double quotes."
