Maelstrom Posted January 17, 2025 Report Posted January 17, 2025 Methods to spawn proof in this thread prior to my last reply are obsolete, except for lighting. Stones on the ground was removed in 1.18, but similar items like logs, peat or flint can spawn proof still. There might be a of way using all those loose stones you created to cordon off sections of the ore deposit so that mob spawns are effectively eliminated. Also mining during calm or low rift activity will be beneficial, as will mining at night.
