Yarnlady Posted March 18, 2018 Report Share Posted March 18, 2018 I've been thinking about chicken and how they breed. You can find chicks, but there are no clusters off eggs. It would be nice if you could find those (including a sitting hen) under (some) bushes. Feral chicken like the red jungle fowl do that. They have 4-6 eggs and breed for 18-21 days. Another thing is that I would love to be able to catch and keep chicken in a fenced area, supply them with food and get eggs in return... Plus: I think it would be lovely if you could use the feathers to craft duvets (maybe two linen/16 feathers). They could be placed on beds and improve sleep.
