Mod Request: Reticle Options - Small Dot, Crosshair Removed

I prefer to play with a UI as minimalistic as possible.

The best option would be a reticle only appears when it can be used.

This should be a regular suggestion and not just a mod, IMO.

It should definitely be in the main game, but updates come at a snails pace.

Hopefully this is a simple change for modders.
