Labels for maps

I would like to see the ability to add labels to maps in order to name landmarks like lakes, mountains, etc.

Waypoints can be added to maps by right clicking on the big map (m key).  Waypoints will show up on the mini-map as well.

I know, but I'm talking about actually placing names on the map itself, like Maple Mountain or Heart Lake.....like that.

That's a very interesting idea. Being able to paint on the map with brushes (including the option to name those painted regions) would be a nice addition for lore building purposes, simple note taking, or even staking a land claim.
