Smelting Metal Chain/Lamellae

Hi evryone,

i got some bronze chain and lamellae while panning. The object description states that i can smelt it into ingots, but i can’t seem to place them into crucibles.

Am I doing it wrong or is there another way?

Use the chisel on the item to break it into chunks first, then you can smelt those.
