How can I pick up cracked vessels?

Hi, I wonder how I can pick up cracked vessels to sell them to a trader? I found a trader that buys cracked vessels, but it is impossible to pick them up. At least I don't know how.

Is this possible in vanilla VS?

I think only malefactors have a 10% chance to collect cracked vessels.
