If that's still too high, I'd recommend lowering it down in steps until it's at a level you're comfortable playing with. If you're playing with really long days (really low speed and calendar speed multiplier, somewhere around several irl-hours long ingame-days) it could be useful to have it in the lower than 1%-range even.
