Idk I prefer metric, even as an American. Everything just rounds up far more smoothly. But much like what this guy said... A setting would make sense.

Hate to break it to you, but this idea isn't all that absurd. There actually is a mod out there that adds villages and villagers to the game! This game's modding scene is pretty robust, so I'm positive you can find all of that. Though the task system you have in mind does sound pretty complex, but I doubt it's out of the developer's reach.

Oh my god, I thought I was the only one who saw him. I have been looking through various rifts to try and catch a glimpse of whatever this may be after my first happenstance sighting. Whatever it is, the devs refuse to expand upon it right now seeing how they have yet to explain Rust World any further than brief mentions in the Wiki. "Thunderlord" seems to be an accurate name, however. Maybe we'll run into it's "Thunderchild?" But probably not anytime soon.

I did try most of the stuff in the first paragraph, but I had no clue that there was a method to lime hunting! Though, yeah. My luck has been completely awful with my last few worlds and I'm still working on building my food stores Thanks a ton for your suggestions though!

Hi all! This is my first post on here so please direct me to another thread if my question has been asked already. My brief skim of the questions forum helped me none, and the wiki can only do me so much good, so here i am! So yeah, what's the best way to find limestone or get lime so I can kickstart my leatherworks? I have made countless worlds and not one has had notable deposits of limestone or sufficient ways to get lime, so I'm starting to wonder if I'm doing anything wrong. Thanks in advance for any advice. Edit: I forgot to mention that I have been scrounging for seashells and grinding them in my quern, but a man can only dedicate so many days to seashell hunting before going mad.
