Yep it wasn't that it was some mod conflict and I got it resolved but now I'm having a really weird issue where its duplicating items they are left floating on screen but nothing to actually pick up so going mod to mod to figure out which one is causing the issue.

In my current game I tried to make the double nail recipe and it wont let me place the second ingot down on top to form it. nothing happens at all or it just picks up the unfinished one.

Yes I am heavily modded but I didn't add any more mods or take away any it was all working fine but now it doesn't. I will try reinstalling after trying a new world. Thank you for your reply.

I've been playing just fine for 30-40 hours on this new world singleplayer and suddenly now my torches and lanterns won't provide light in my offhand unless my main hand is empty it makes it a pain to mine or do anything in the dark. I didn't install any new mods or anything else it just suddenly quit working.

I am having a similar issue suddenly where any light source be it torch or lantern in my offhand only provides light if my main hand is empty but if I equip anything then its as if I'm not holding a torch or lantern in my main hand.
