this will give us another source of dairy to eat. also give us a manual/mechanical butter churn thingy like the quern. i can see these even being attached t the waterwheel or the windmill to automate them for making butter or buttermilk.
i am thinking something like boil 4x water+ 2x salt+ 2x bones = soup stock. add to any soup meal in place of the water to double the satiety of the meal! this gives us more uses for bones and salt. if no salt substitute it with half amount of fat. this would be great early game all the way to late game.
something to collect rainwater from places like the roof via some type of gutter into containers like barrels or the big clay jars to use in times or places of little water.
we need a bunch more variety of berries. like saskatoon/strawberry/celestiberry/lingonberry/kiwiberry/White Mulberry/Elder Strawberry or even add some vine type crops like grapes. then we can make PROPER VINEYARDS with the grapes of hopefully several colors to grow up the trellis things we could build.
i like this idea. i suggested something like this to but it was for churning butter. also i wanted butter added to the game as well. this would have given us another dairy option like a bread & butter/ toast kind of food to eat. to automate it attach it to the helve hammer thingy.
i just figured that to be safe i would box it up. GREENHOUSES are not hard to make if you get the right traders and use the bare minimum of the glass needed for the roof.
if the RAPIDS type water freezes in the winter you may need to put a GREENHOUSE over it and the waterwheel to protect it from the temperature. i will most def try that when the stable version comes out.
i just found out you NEED iron to make the waterwheel. this blows. so much for making an early to mid game waterwheel house. so sad. the SMALL one should be made with lesser metals. later on a BIGGER one should require iron.
good to know that the waterfalls have a good chance at being rapids. i was worried cuz otherwise this will really limit my spots i wanna set up my bases.
