  1. this is the video link. as you can see its pretty too.
  2. the youtube video i watched went thru the steps on how to make the fertilizer 2 ways. a liquid and a compost. composts in like 48 hours but the liquid takes around i think 4 weeks or so to get the stinky brown good juice. tho probably less if you blend the leaves first or at least mince them a bit.
  3. its just a thought but still they would have been around in that time period so its not farfetched or lore inaccurate to have those classes show up at SOME point in the future.
  4. honestly if you are doing a ROLEPLAYING SERVER then yes class exclusive makes sense BUT if just normal MULTIPLAYER then no cuz then you might screw yourself out of things you could really need to nave fun or need to survive.
  5. hence why i said MEDICINE and FERTILIZER not FOOD. also its toxic if you eat a lot not if you eat sparingly.
  6. got this from google. inspired by a youtube video.
  7. Comfrey is used topically as an herbal remedy or utilized as an organic garden fertilizer. Always apply comfrey externally; never ingest it, as the plant contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids that can cause severe liver damage. For Medicinal/Topical Use (possible use in a new poultice recipe maybe?) What it does: Traditionally applied to soothe muscle aches, sprains, bruises, and osteoarthritis. How to apply: Use it as a ready-made commercial cream or ointment. Apply a thin layer to unbroken skin for a maximum of 10 consecutive days. Homemade poultice: Steep fresh, crushed leaves in hot water, allow them to cool slightly, and wrap the moist foliage in a clean cloth. Apply this to the affected area, but never use it on broken skin or open wounds. For Garden Use (can be adapted to a barrel for larger yields) Plant feed: Submerge roughly 1 kg of chopped comfrey leaves in 15 liters of water in a covered bucket. Let it steep for 4 to 6 weeks until it creates a nutrient-rich—and strongly smelling—brown liquid fertilizer. Compost activator: Layer fresh or bruised comfrey leaves into your compost heap. The leaves are high in nitrogen and will encourage bacterial action to speed up the composting process. Mulch: Chop the leaves and spread a 5 cm layer on the surface of the soil around heavy-feeding plants or young fruit trees to act as a nutrient-rich, moisture-retaining mulch. P.S. I would LOVE to see more herbs in this game. heck i wanna see an Apothecary or Herbalist class added to the classes. maybe they get bonuses to seed yields and medicine potency on any meds made by their class. maybe even a Pharmacist class to make certain meds others can't. plus has comfrey has flowers so bees will like it too.
  8. i just quoted the wiki so i didn't know for sure. i had to SPAWN mine in cuz i could not ever find the frigging muskox anywhere.
  9. the muskox would be big enough to ride or just be a beast of burden BUT they are only really found in super cold areas like the glaciers. i think. i can't fully remember what the wiki said. oh here it is. found in areas -30 degrees usually.
  10. you know what would be funny? hardtack KNAPPING. that stuff is so hard you could make bread tools lmao!!! imagine a bread knife made from bread!!
  11. i agree. i forgot about hardtack. if we had oats we could ACTUALLY make granola bars or oat nut bars.
  12. i was thinking maybe we could mix fruit/berries + nuts + honey + some sort of grains = a granola bar type travel ration thingy. this kind of food stores well, rots slow, and is tasty and healthy. also small so you can have a LARGE stack of them to go with you so it will last you a long time. AND if you guys and more nut types we can have a huge variety in the travel ration bars. (T.R.B.'s for short.)
  13. any or all of these trees would be awesome in the game and a much welcomed food source to add to the recipes. if you EVER add something like a trail mix then adding extra nut types would slot right into that very neatly. also depending on the REGION certain types of nut trees may ONLY appear in certain biomes. also the cashew trees have a thing called the cashew apple that while it doesn't store for long periods it would TECHNICALLY add 1 more fruit to the game. the RAW cashews DO need to be boiled first before eating or they can kill you. lol i read raw cashews are toxic as hell. its why thy are always sold pretreated. the apples i think can just be eaten but rot in like 3-5 days so they never leave the country. that is why we never get them in anywhere in the world.
  14. want all these. really want cucumber so we can get REAL pickles.
  15. we need a mortar and pestle for grinding herbs. unless it HAS to be done in the quern. but for medicine/seasonings i think the M&P will be the better option if for small amounts. as for the pestle maybe just knap or forge those from granite or something. the mortar could be knapped too or forged too. clay might wear out too fast from all the grinding.
