Been playing on this server for a hot minute and I've had a blast so far. The staff are typically on top of issues when things go awry and are pretty good about making sure things are corrected (be that teleporting you out of somewhere the server placed you that you can not get out, or restoring items when they get borked).
The community as a whole is pretty chill and helpful, whether you join one of the various communities or prefer to go solo. Plenty of ways to earn the servers currency so you can buy something you really need instead of relying on pure rng, you can also trade that currency in exchange for goods and services from other players, or barter with your own.
All things considered, this is one of the best VS communities that I've joined and I highly recommend it to any one looking for a great place to play.
