i love this! the inclusion of extra ambience is so exciting. this game is already such an immersive world to get lost in, so adding even more 'little' touches like this (surely not actually a small thing from a development perspective) will only make that feeling stronger. are there plans to make the frogs go quiet if a player or a mob gets too close? there's something so surreal in real life when all the frogs go quiet at once because a person or a predator or something is nearby. the subtle impact and slight fear of experiencing that in-game could be wild! not just not hearing groaning, but suddenly realizing you're not hearing anything at all - not even the frogs - making the player wonder if that bush is actually a bear...

i love the mini updates, but...hold up, adding bell pepper and tomato textures to containers? are we getting new crops? or am i oblivious and they've already been in the game, unbeknownst to me?

long time player, first time commenter! apologies if this should be elsewhere on the boards, but the pre versions past this first one don't seem to be getting dedicated forum posts like in previous patches, so i'm leaving this here. i just poked around in pre.8 and noticed that using a tin bronze scythe i found in a cracked vessel didn't cut down tule. my guess is it's not intentional since they're so similar to reeds which can be cut this way, but i haven't tried with other scythe types or anything like that, so before reporting as a bug i wanted to check in since this preview version is still so hot off the presses. also, i am hugely excited for how many new animals are being added to the game! i think it will really make the world feel more alive. are the goats going to be able to be domesticated like the current rams?
