For Anyone else Having this Issue and Is On Gportal atleast Make sure you are using the Ip Adress with the Extra Numbers on the back Not just the 123.12.123.123 but the 123.12.123.123:12345 There should be a Extra one at the top and atleast this is what Fixed it for me (or i was just being an idiot and didint need fixing)
