Add additional type of ashlar block that can be used in a predictable manner

I also just learned that ashlar blocks have an irregular pattern. I'm really not a fan of it; it doesn't make sense to me why a block made of cut polished stones would have different sized bricks. Cobblestone, fanned cobblestone, dry stone, gravel, etc. make sense having randomized patterns but not ashlar blocks.
