I feel as if to make classes better, they should add classes that either intrinsically change how you play ( not in core progression-wise) or make certain tasks somewhat easier to do i.e pottery, cooking, mining, etc.
For example, let's say there was a class for farming (Called botanist for example):
It can work by either giving the player a passive or an item that allows it to grow crops slightly faster or get somewhat more from a harvest.
or
Give it buffs and perks that would benefit the need to grow crops like being able to get more durability when you make farming equipment at the cost of a bit of speed or something.
Example 2: Pottery-type class:
Giving it a passive that lets them harvest slightly more clay and the speed of harvest at a 5%-10% rate or something
or
Give it an additional tool mode that allows them to make and save 1 specific pattern to make specific ceramics faster at the cost of the usual debuffs that are currently in the game.
To summarize, make new / tweak classes that focus on changing your "overall playstyle" rather than giving you a better advantage progression-wise.
I'd really like to see what others think of this.
