In the midst of winter, I have realized that there is a rather large amount of snow, and shovels use durability when breaking it. Unfortunately, this is quite a waste of precious material, and I would much rather use my hand to conserve durability despite the large amount of time it takes to clear snow.
As a means to save time, a snow shovel could compromise the expense of material while also being limited in use. It would have a large amount of durability and a bonus mining speed to snow, but little/no mining speed bonus for soil.
