Is there a way to migrate a multiplayer game save from one server to another?

Hi there,

I'm not very tech-literate so bear with me here: I previously had a multiplayer server hosted by the Official Game Server Hosting for Vintage Story, but have since cancelled my subscription and purchased server hosting with Host Havoc instead (no reason other than we wanted to use mods lol). I'd like to know if there's a way to transfer the data from my previous multiplayer server to this new host. I've downloaded the world data from my old server and I know you can upload save data to keep the world config options, but I'd like to know if there's a way to preserve all the work we've done on our previous server, not just the world config options.

Any help would be much appreciated
