What do you get when you type in: "/worldconfig temporalStorms" but without the quotations? [it should say that the value is set to veryoften] How long did you play before deciding that there are no temporal storms in your world? Are you playing with any mods and, if so, which ones? The answers to those questions may help someone knowledgeable be able to help you further (sadly I am not knowledgeable).
