SOLVED: Half paper map, half full detail map after installing 1.19?

After updating to 1.19 my world map is a mix between the new paper map and the old full detail map.  I've reviewed the patch notes but I'm still not sure how to resolve this issue.  This is a multiplayer world.

Only loaded chunks are updated on the map. Thus, areas you haven't visit since updating will retain the old look until you go there.
