How to get mods working on server

So I got a server through the Vintage Story website, and I got the mods I want working on a single player world, but I can't get them working on my server. Can't find anything online for this, only for servers hosted by 3rd parties. Any help would be greatly appreciated

From the FAQ section at the bottom of the shop page:

Can I upload my own world? Can I add mods?
Not currently, but we hope to add support for both eventually.

Which unfortunately means you cannot use mods on this server.
