I've had it happen in blizzards and sandstorms, but not in thunderstorms or clears days with strong wind.
Streetwind Posted July 28, 2024 Report Posted July 28, 2024 I believe it's anything that has "more than air" blowing about. Dust storms, sandstorms, snowstorms, etc where you have stuff being blown about.
