It's just that since you apparently did not buy direct from Anego, they need to add you to their system manually. Go to the banner at the top of the page, select Client Area --> Support and fill out a ticket. It may take a few days. I heard they were slammed with new users.

If that is not the case, which I currently assume due to the information you have given us, I'd wager a guess and say that the item linked above is a prerequisite for the server upgrade you want to purchase. JakeSully Posted February 15, 2025 Report Posted February 15, 2025 you can self host your own server for free, but you gota pay 8 Euro a month for a hosted server as you can see on picture. If you don't want to then self host method is next option which won't cost anything, but it requires you to either run server from your pc or from a vps or dedi elsewhere. link to document for that is: Setting up a Multiplayer Server - Vintage Story Wiki
