Alphanis Posted February 3, 2025 Report Posted February 3, 2025 Although the current claiming system works relatively well, I have a couple of contributions that I think would improve it a lot, especially for those who manage servers or large claiming areas in multiplayer spaces. -Claim areas as an administrator, and that this claim area is in the name of the server or similar, but not of the administrator user, so as not to occupy the maximum of 3 claims per user, and manage the spaces more efficiently. -have a method to make a claim within another claim, something like a plot, where the creator of the plot has total power over the area, and the plot has specific limitations and permissions for the rest of the users. It would be especially useful for those who like to create cities in multiplayer spaces. -solve a detail with the interaction permissions, and placement / destruction of blocks, since although you can interact with stackable items, with the interaction permission, a new stack of objects cannot be started, due to being considered as block placement . 1
idiomcritter Posted February 4, 2025 Report Posted February 4, 2025 claiming granularity is so needed for the reasons you've stated. That and my personal desire to have a GUI. Also, the solution to have 'roles', allowing to grant more claims per user is kinda static and seems to require admin to reassign a user to the different roll. would be nice if a system was in place that (automatically) grew ones ability to increase the claims based on time played maybe...

Thorfinn Posted February 5, 2025 Report Posted February 5, 2025 Not sure about time played, but maybe progress registered? Like there are blank deeds as random loot? Or heck, real deeds that give you ownership of some of those ruins?
