Wrong Remote Host

My friend was wanting to update their client but when they try to access the Client Area they are given the following

 

 

Funny enough i have the same issue but my details are all correct as nothing has changed since i reinstalled the game this year. Can anyone assist?

Sorry if this is the wrong spot to post, couldnt find a spot specific to this kinda thing

I'm getting the same error (as a new player trying to download the client). I think they are actively trying to fix things because I was getting a 404 error for the same page 45 minutes ago

Same here... I'm just trying to create the game account with no success. I just purchased the game. Initially I had the error saying the key was not valid anymore  then I'm having the "wrongremotehost" alert.

Apparently right after the name server change my domain provider then pushed out the wrong name server entries as well. Which now ripples through the world until corrrected. Sigh.
