ToothedMammal Posted March 13, 2025 Report Posted March 13, 2025 I wanna get into chiseling cause it looks fun but I don't even know where to start, show me what yall've made with a good ol hammer and chisel 2
Feycat Posted March 15, 2025 Report Posted March 15, 2025 This is my favorite thing I've chiseled. It's in the middle of my garden, I put up the plaster wall to show off more detail! 26 3 8
ToothedMammal Posted March 15, 2025 Author Report Posted March 15, 2025 That's really good! Love the birds! 1
Vince Debruyn Posted March 17, 2025 Report Posted March 17, 2025 I don't have a screenshot on hand, but my first real chisel project is a mini-model of my survival house! right now it's just my main single-room structure, but I'm planning on expanding with a second or third block to detail my farm, windmill, etc. it's relatively low detail, but it's fun to build a little scale model within the limitations of the game itself 1
Vince Debruyn Posted March 17, 2025 Report Posted March 17, 2025 Behold, the scale-model of GrugHome! I'm gonna expand it soon, but I might just make a new sculpt altogether to preserve this original one 11
LadyWYT Posted March 18, 2025 Report Posted March 18, 2025 Old piece of work that I never finished; the world's long since been deleted and I've moved on to other projects. However, I was pleased with the aesthetic and will probably end up copying the design later. 21 9 2
Vince Debruyn Posted March 18, 2025 Report Posted March 18, 2025 oh stained glass type stuff is a great idea......
ToothedMammal Posted March 18, 2025 Author Report Posted March 18, 2025 Now that I've actually chiseled something allow me to share it here: I wanted to see how round I could make a block of polished sandstone be, then I added some slate smiley faces to it and carved a little fancy pedestal for it to sit on. I had to wait till daylight to take a decent screenshot cause the ones I took at night have a uhhh...unintended vibe 2 7
Josef Urban Posted March 18, 2025 Report Posted March 18, 2025 I'm starting. Attempting a furnace. 20 1
xXx_Ape_xXx Posted March 19, 2025 Report Posted March 19, 2025 Stained window, and lots of other chiseling on the building 21 6 6 1
xXx_Ape_xXx Posted March 19, 2025 Report Posted March 19, 2025 Some garden gnomes I made for one of our summer MP servers. Had much fun with these 17 3 1 1
Vince Debruyn Posted March 25, 2025 Report Posted March 25, 2025 (edited) a small project, but I'm real proud of how my ghost came out after a couple adjustments. I used a little keychain I have to help create the model; I'd have been doomed without it, haha. I used creative mode for one thing, and that was to get the blue block for its eye. as far as I know, nothing you can naturally make has that color such a cool shape, and I really ought to try a multi-block sculpt... Bruno Sender Posted April 21, 2025 Report Posted April 21, 2025 Just a chair that I've been making during the winter months... (alongside other things of course.) 4
PerpetualBiscuit Posted September 7, 2025 Report Posted September 7, 2025 I get into chiseling. Some fun on a modded server I play on. 15 4
JaceAurelius Posted September 19, 2025 Report Posted September 19, 2025 Been working on chiseling a build from minecraft (specifically the Keep by JeraCraft) into something medieval fantasy. Loong process but this is what I've done so far. 5 1 2
DejFidOFF Posted September 19, 2025 Report Posted September 19, 2025 Shipwreck for one of my server. 6 2 2
Aksha Posted October 7, 2025 Report Posted October 7, 2025 (edited) A fully functional kitchen cupboard: the doors open, revealing shelves for storage. The pattern on the floor is made with a chisel. You can see the edge of the table - my friend made it with a chisel. A prototype kitchen stove: the frying pan on top is decorative, but the oven door opens, revealing a cooking fire inside. Fox. Just a fox. The stove, water pump, and sink are all chiselled. The sink can be used for washing dishes; the refrigerator between it and the stove is a mini-cellar. It's not just a hammer and chisel. Opening doors can be made with a chisel mod. ...But if you want to see something grandiose that can be made with a chisel, check out the "Cathedral" thread by 7Embre on the forum. What blocks did you use for materials? are you able to upload a QP Chisel Tools portfolio file of it for me/us to paste it into our worlds? I'm sure it would be a project, but i think this would look so cute as the top of one of their decorative chests to put meat or something into.
heckhound Posted February 2 Report Posted February 2 Wow this is so inspiring!! I literally just got to chiseling in my game so excited for the possibilities 1

I literally just got to chiseling in my game so excited for the possibilities you got this! I believe in you! Super detailed, or just, something you think is nice, doesn't matter. Like, I made this fairly bland looking chimney to use with QP Chisel chimney (it's always smoking and just takes the shape of whatever chiseled block you click it with). It's not super special, but i think it looks cute. You don't have to be super detailed. Just try.
Nastrond Posted February 3 Report Posted February 3 (edited) My first try! Such fun! Edited February 3 by Nastrond 2 2
