Sirohi goats

The handbook says Sirohi goats are tropical, dont like forests like most, but like more flat areas than their cousins.

i am looking in the tropical zones, but no luck, which latitude and in what conditions anyone found them?

in my recent world, came across Sirohi goats around 30k south.  its a mix of tropics and desert...

It's not really latitude, though. It's climate. You can have a wide variety of climate at the same latitude. Chicago is just barely north of Madrid, yet drastically different climate. VS is much the same.
