this title screen in particular, i want to walk around and study the style. is there a public download of the world?

Welcome to the forums! What you're seeing here is a snippet of one of the story locations in the game. You can begin the story by talking to a treasure hunter about interesting places.

Of course, if you just want to teleport to the locations without doing the story, I believe the command is /tpstoryloc, followed by the appropriate location name that you would like to teleport to.
