LordGwynbleidd Posted May 15, 2025 Report Posted May 15, 2025 Hi, I am building my first house and faced an error with my basement, specifically with a containers location. When placing the container on the floor it stuck in the air, I was building the basement's floor from wooden slabs and the surface (floor above) also from wooden slabs, but from different tree. Is there any fix for that? I spent some already some time on this and don't want to start from the scratch

The way to fix it would be to raise the floor 1/2 a block, place them in the upper half of the space. After you fix the floor, I think you will still need to re-place the baskets; since they did not get set on a flat surface, they attached themselves to the wall, and if I'm remembering correctly that has them slightly above the block below them. This is precisely the problem The torch and stairs indicate where the full blocks are and the floor is very much a slab on the bottom half of the block space.

Thank you for the response, I found out about that some time after raising my question. Sorry for the trouble and once again thanks for pointing that out, I hope it will help someone in the future with similar issue 1
Dilan Rona Posted May 19, 2025 Report Posted May 19, 2025 Tbh, my mud shack on a new map tends to have the reed baskets above the main entrance door, placed ceiling level. personally I think they are in a good spot.
