1.30? I know 'when its ready'

I know, 'when its ready' but just curious if there is any word in the magnitude of weeks before I start a new world.

1.30???   Given 2 updates a year, that's about five years away!

If you're asking when 1.20 will be finished?  Soon. ish.
 

Tyron is already working on 1.21 while it seems that @Radfast is finishing up 1.20.  If you want to start a 1.20 world?  Do so know.  1.20.10 is stable.

I thought there is only one update per year

Wish it was a bit more often but it is what it is, do you guys think there is a chance for more frequent updates? (I mean the big releases)

I doubt it they'll be more often than 2 a year.  The coding team is small.  Like I think 2 full time coders - one animator and the other (Tyron the project lead) codes with a very small handful of part-timers to help.

Yes I am asking about 1.30 and I have zero idea what the established schedule is or has ever been.
