From a balance POV, I'd think letting iron spears do tin-bronze damage, and met iron and steel do black-bronze wouldn't be awful, though it would need to be playtested for a while to find out. Of course, then all the threads would be about removing the nerfs on iron and steel spears... [EDIT] Of course, this means bronze spears would probably have to be a half point less. There is already little enough point in making a falx until quite late in the game, unless you can't hit the broad side of a barn with a spear. Edited June 7, 2025 by Thorfinn 1
