Equipment Swap Macro?

I use the Combat Overhaul mod and mainly use a bow, so I can't perpetually keep a shield in my offhand. I also can't always predict when I will need to swap because the enemies get too close, which makes battles a little tense with how clunky my transfers between the bow, the shield, and the melee weapon in my hotkey bar are.

When I looked equipment swap macros up on Google, the AI lied (as usual) because it took World of Warcraft macro information to combine with the Vintage Story results. The amount of times I have looked up information on Google only to find it lying to me is incredible. Supposedly the macro equip command is

It doesn't seem to be working though, so I'm thinking the command is the information gleamed from WoW. I only saw one posting asking about it from March, and that was unsolved or ignored, but I didn't want to resuscitate an apparently dead thread. I could not find anything in the other forums or the wiki. The only macro commands I could confirm were server/client commands. Granted, there were some people mentioning waypoints in regard to commands, which I didn't see in my searches, so I could just be oblivious.

Nonetheless, I figured asking wouldn't cause too much trouble. Thank you for enduring my rant/inquiry; I hope I can gain some information.

I don't know of that particular command. The fastest way to get up-to-date information on the current commands (including those added by mods) is 

.chb

from within the game.
