Is there a good place to commission someone to make a VS mod? I have zero coding skill but a few ideas, and I know other games have forums and such that act as markets.

Or ask them in the mods general channel on discord.

Commission as in pay someone to build a mod?

I've heard about that kind of transaction in VS, and I'm sure it exists in Minecraft, but I don't know much about that economy or how it works. I don't think there's anything specifically on the forum that highlights it.

You can definitely ask in the mods and mod development forum, as @Michaloid suggests. I wouldn't condemn my worst enemy to Discord, so I'll have to take him at his word that is an effective means, too.

Depending on what it is you want to do, you might be amazed how easy some mods are to do, even with no coding ability. There's a lot you can do with nothing more than a little common sense and a 5th grade reading skill.

I have the same question tbh, and not enough time to do mod development. So having someone willing to do programming on a commision basis would be great.

Heh. I have modding ideas that I've dipped into doing myself, but I have got to stop putting new projects on my plate.

When I get PMs with mod requests for video games I do mod, it never comes off well.
