I mistyped the email address when purchasing the game ticket, I set up the account at the same time. I was able to correct the email address for the account but there is no option to resend the game key to the new email so I opened a ticket. It is late in the day already and I wouldn't mind buying it again and getting the first one refunded later when they are available but that is not an option either and I am finding myself rather impatient. 🙃

Isn't August a big "holiday" thing in much of Europe? Used to be it was hard to get anything done then.

If you are really impatient, @Ash Seibert, I'm almost sure you could register a new gmail account and buy it again, then refund either one once the mess gets straightened out.

To answer my own question, it took less than a day. Thank you staff I am just really excited as I've been thinking about this game for months and of course when I finally get it, I mess it up but it's all fixed now. Thank you

I thought about doing this but I didn't want to make things worse just bc I can't be patient. It didn't take long to get my replacement key. Thank you for the suggestion though!
