Phoenix 1111 Posted September 2, 2025 Report Posted September 2, 2025 So I recently bought Vintage Story and I absolutely LOVE it, but earlier today I drowned after falling into a well and now my entire map is undiscovered again (like starting a new world), all my waypoints are gone, and my death waypoint is entirely off of the map, no matter how far I scroll it just stays off the map even well past where I know I haven't gone yet.

Asking because I know one sets your respawn radius to something like 50K blocks. which even at max zoom out is a long ways out. like, you would probably spend in-game Months just walking back to where you died. Bumber Posted September 10, 2025 Report Posted September 10, 2025 There's a command to list waypoints, in case they haven't actually been deleted. There's also a command to teleport to them. 1

It was on standard, a few settings were tweaked before creating it but not a whole lot and my other worlds have the same settings. I had used the command that sets your spawn at specific coordinates and after I died everything went wrong. Honestly I just made a new world since I hadn't done much yet. I assume the issue came from the command since I tried the one where it sets your spawn at your exact location and I haven't had any issues so far with it.
