I think this is it. Culinary Artillery "The mixing bowl can be crafted into a powered mixing bowl. The mixing bowl must be crafted above a table and axle, with a saw in the slot next to the table. Culinary Artillery and Expanded Foods are still in the process of being updated for 1.21, so this is very much a possibility. There are technically "updated" versions of the mods available on the database, but they are dev versions and therefore more prone to issues. 1
