yungjeezy919 Posted January 31 Report Posted January 31 Going on Day 3 of no game key email. I have 7 other friends who got theirs within 2min of purchase. No response on my support ticket i put out on Thursday. I just need someone to push my game key through so i can play with my friends.

Tickets can take a couple of days to receive a response, especially if it's the weekend or the support team is otherwise swamped with tickets. If you haven't yet, I recommend checking your spam box/other inboxes just to make sure that the email in question didn't get dumped there. 1
Vexxvididu Posted February 1 Report Posted February 1 As @LadyWYT said, it's VERY likely in your spam folder or something like that. Gmail in particular is so good and finding spam it finds stuff that isn't spam....
