The mod manager becomes kind of a pain to use when you have a lot of mods so I think you should add a select/deselect all button and a search button with a filter by mod type, that would make it so much easier to use

Seconded. Something like Project Zombiod's B42 mod settings where you can chose a preset (A set of mods enabled for a purpose, like the ones you only use on a specific server) and those automatically enable.
