I need help with server hosting!

Hello I host a community server and so far I have tried hosts, Biesect and Host.
They both have their own pro's and con's but I think I need to get away from Host and don't know if I should go back to Bisect or look into my other options.

There are a few things that I require to have and that is to be able to access ports for mods or my discord bot, Scheduled tasks, be able to have users with control, support many players at an affordable price for 24+ slots.

We do have nearly 100+ mods so would need to be able to support that as well.

If anyone can help me with this that would be amazing. Please let me know what server host you use or would suggest!

Other options are Lagless.gg, GTX gaming, shockbyte and a few others. But from my past research HostHavoc had the best value, though they didn't exactly say how much RAM was included which is kind of important if you are running 100+ mods.
