im aware there are two accounts, and my game has been active for almost two years, for some reason i got logged out, when i did, i entered my password and it said it was wrong. i clicked 'reset password' got email from the office email, clicked the link, set in the new password, error asking if i didnt happen to use the link already, and also that maybe i clicked the wrong link. Screenshot2026-04-24185450.png.0f3166e01bb53bb347f53ba366c94f41.png

Oh, that bruteforceprotected probably means you tried too many times and your account is locked to prevent you from getting hacked. Maybe try resetting it again or submitting a ticket.

thing is, even when i re-set my password it claimed i used the wrong link.. so i just used the old one and the new one on repeat :( i just rlly wanted to game :,( but did submit tickets, i hope i did it right lol, we will see

Welcome to the forums and the game! Make sure you're using the correct login credentials, since your game account and forum account are separate. Likewise, make sure to check for common errors such as caps lock or hitting the wrong key. If you've been through the basic troubleshooting steps and still can't log in, then you'll want to open a support ticket so the team can take a look.

Hey, thank you so much for the warm welcome!

I have already tried those things. But what you mention about the game account and the forum account being separate kind of makes me feel perhaps the issue is related to that. Yet, I have only received one validation email on my email account (Using the same email for the game account and forum account). 

I tried to login again and I went to "Reset Password" option, still waiting for the reset password email. I will keep waiting.

I also opened a ticket as well.

Hopefully this will resolve shortly. Perhaps I went too quickly with the registration process, I was impatient to dive in! :)

In my experience tickets are usually handled within 24-48 hours, especially on weekdays. Depends a lot on what the issue is and how busy the support team is. Issues like this tend to be resolved rather quickly though.

Don't forget to check your spam folder, just in case the email got dumped there.
